Day Of - In order to stay within their budgets many brides choose not to hire a Wedding Planner and instead hire a Wedding Coordinator for the "Day of" only.  This is the best gift you could give yourself or a friend.  Having a Wedding Coordinator/Wedding Consultant on site when the first vendor will arrive, knowing that you can wake up and not worry about when the vendors are arriving, whether they will be set up on time, will the families know where to sit or stand, in what order do we enter the church, the reception, etc... on your wedding day is a relief.  

Your Wedding Consultant/Wedding Coordinator's Day Of service will include two hours for the rehearsal, a meeting with the Bride and Groom to review all lists supplied as well as any last minute changes, and peace of mind the night before their wedding.  For this service we will take over from 5 PM the night before your wedding day. 

However, we must warn you.  Should you choose this service you truly are hiring a Wedding Coordinator/Wedding Consultant for the "Day Of" ONLY.  All the required information must be provided so that your Wedding Consultant can step right in and take over the reigns. 

It is highly recommended that you relinquish control at least one week prior to your wedding day so that your Wedding Coordinator may also review your plans and handle any foreseeable catastrophes. This last week will be an emotional rollercoaster for you and your fiancé.   Bearing the stress of all the details may be overwhelming and diminish your whole wedding experience.  If you planned well the hours your coordinator puts into your wedding shouldn't be more than five to ten.
